The tour includes an all-expenses-paid tour of the inner workings of the dam, where you will be informed of its long history and the dam's purpose. Guided by a Hoover Dam expert, this tour takes you to the control room, generators, underground caverns, hallways and much more.

Summary:

This tour includes free hotel-pick-up at all Las Vegas hotels on the Strip and in Downtown. There is no child discount, but children ages 2 and under may ride in an adult's lap for free. Please reserve online, or call us toll-free at 800-761-7375. There is a $3.95 processing fee per order. This is a flat fee regardless of the number of tickets or tours purchased on an order.
There is a service charge per ticket. This charge will be reflected on your summary before you checkout. The total shown includes any and all taxes, fuel surcharges, and service fees. There are no additional charges.

Cancellation Policy: There are no refunds. All sales are final.

Change Fee Policy: If changes are allowed on a tour or activity, a $20.00 per reservation change fee will be applied for any change to a reservation. Please note that some tours and activities do not allow any changes. Date changes can be made only if we can confirm availability on the new date. While we cannot guarantee any changes can be made, all change requests must be submitted a minimum of 24 hours prior to the tour departure and must be handled on an individual basis through our Reservations Center.

Hoover Dam is a testimony to a country's ability to construct monolithic projects in the midst of adverse conditions. Built during the Depression, thousands of men and their families came to Black Canyon to tame the Colorado River. It took less than 5 years, in a harsh and barren land, to build the largest dam of its time. Now, more than 60 years later, Hoover Dam still stands as a world-renowned structure.

PLEASE NOTE: On all Hoover Dam tours, due to increased security, no bags, cases, back packs or fanny packs will be allowed inside the Visitors Center. Strollers and wheelchairs are subject to search. Cameras and small camera bags are permitted.

Luxury motorcoaches - safety-inspected daily - are equipped with restrooms, reclining seats, foot rests, TV monitors and panoramic windows. These buses are smoke-free.

Wheelchair-accessible buses are available, but a minimum of 48 hours' advance notice is required to arrange availability of a wheelchair-accessible bus. Please note on the Order Form if you are requesting a wheelchair-accessible bus.
